mcch is governed by a Board of Directors which meets quarterly. In addition there are regular away days spent defining the strategic direction of the Company.
In addition to the full Board, a number of Sub-Committees have delegated responsibility for their area of business

The Remuneration Committee meets annually and the Executive Committee bi-monthly. The Area Committees meet quarterly and include at least two members of the Board together with senior staff. Reports and minutes from all the Sub-Committees are circulated to the full Board. The Terms of Reference for each Sub-Committee are reviewed annually and revised as necessary.
